Her career spans across premier NHS Trusts, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing large, multidisciplinary teams and driving the planning, development, and implementation of innovative healthcare services.
Jyoti has played a pivotal role in shaping both local and national healthcare agendas. Notably, she led the national antimicrobial stewardship initiative at the Department of Health as part of the Healthcare Associated Infection programme. Her clinical expertise is extensive, covering medical admissions, A&E, oncology aseptic services, HIV care, antibiotics, surgery, neurosciences, anticoagulation, theatres, and pre-operative care.
