With over two decades of experience deeply rooted in the NHS, Jyoti is a seasoned healthcare professional and strategic advisor to leading pharmaceutical organisations. Her career spans across premier NHS Trusts, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing large, multidisciplinary teams and driving the planning, development, and implementation of innovative healthcare services.

Jyoti has played a pivotal role in shaping both local and national healthcare agendas. Notably, she led the national antimicrobial stewardship initiative at the Department of Health as part of the Healthcare Associated Infection programme. Her clinical expertise is extensive, covering medical admissions, A&E, oncology aseptic services, HIV care, antibiotics, surgery, neurosciences, anticoagulation, theatres, and pre-operative care. Collaborations with private healthcare providers have further broadened her clinical perspective.

An Executive MBA graduate from Imperial Business School, Jyoti transitioned into consultancy, advising global pharma and healthcare companies on commercialisation strategies and market access. She is recognised for her pragmatic approach, helping clients navigate complex healthcare landscapes and deliver impactful solutions.

Currently serving as a Senior Principal Consultant at HSJ Information, Jyoti leads initiatives focused on reducing health inequalities, optimising medicines usage, and developing compelling value propositions.
