As an UK-based, non-manufacturing SME, we are committed to playing our part in the transition to a low-carbon economy.
We are actively working to minimise and reduce our net carbon emissions whether that is through our energy efficient London-based (serviced) office; minimised travel from our predominantly London or home-based workforce; our focus on online subscriptions and digital solutions; and/or commitment to using renewable energy wherever possible through our own endeavours or that of our supply chain.
Our approach aligns with the UK’s national climate goals and reflects our responsibility to contribute to a more sustainable future. Through transparent reporting, employee engagement, and collaboration with partners, we aim to continuously reduce our environmental impact and support broader efforts to combat climate change.
Whilst we fall under the £5 million contract threshold that requires us to comply with PNN (Procurement Policy Notice), we recognise the NHS, the pharmaceutical industry and other large businesses, are reliant on their supply chain to meet their own obligations and aspirations for sustainability reporting. We are therefore happy to share our policies, reporting and external ratings (see below) to support this.
UPDATE: This is the first year that HSJ Information has made submissions as a standalone business.
