Reena Cholera joined HSJ Information in June 2025 to head up its Healthcare Solutions division. 

With more than 20 years’ experience in the pharma industry, Reena is a dynamic leader known for her ability to drive business transformation, foster inclusive workplaces and deliver impactful results. She has a proven track record of steering large portfolios and building high-performing teams using the three Cs – Clarity, Commitment and Courage. 

Reena brings a unique perspective to HSJ Information via her passion for healthcare innovation and thought leadership. Her fields of deep expertise are pharmaceuticals, market strategy and patient-centric solutions and pathways. Leading the Healthcare Solutions business, Reena will leverage her frontline expertise to drive real-world impact, transform bold ideas into NHS reality, bridge industry and policy, and advance healthcare. 

She is a mum of three teens, passionate about mentoring the next generation of female leaders, and achieving ambitious healthcare outcomes.
